May all find peace and happiness within.

I started this blog thinking about chronicling my chronic fatigue experience, because experiencing chronic fatigue syndrome is one of the hardest thing's I've ever encountered. I also know, that without this experience I would be far worse off. My experience prompted me to ask questions like, why? what is the purpose of life? What is real happiness? How can I be of help to others? and now i'd like to share my learnings in life...

Time Out

Life is meant to be easy. When we hit a roadblock too often we automatically jump into crisis mode, asking 'who did this? why is this happening to me? ' Rather than more productively asking, 'what can I do right now to be happy?'. I'm staring this blog because, sometimes it's all to easy to fall into the stress and expectation of everyday life. Living with chronic fatigue isn't' about getting back to your 'old life' but rather creating a life in which your body and mind are at one with each other. So next time when you hit a roadblock you can sit back, relax and enjoy the time out! It might just be a blessing in disguise! P.S I didn't always think this way -watch this space.
